Here are some practical tips on how to increase your well being and regain control of technology and your SLEEP!

The list is provided by the great organization Center for Humane Technology whose mission is to drive a comprehensive shift toward humane technology that supports our well-being, democracy, and shared information environment.

Set Boundaries:

  • Create a shared charging station at home → Charge your family's phones away from bedrooms overnight‍
  • Buy a separate alarm clock → Wake up without getting sucked into your phone first thing in the morning
  • Clear your morning & evenings → Set clear bounded blocks of time without technology‍
